On the 13th of March we had an awareness at Delani Primary school for grade R and 1.

The vision behind this awareness was because of high rate of alleged rape cases reported in Thornwood.

COC had partnered with UKZN Occupation Therapy to teach them on understanding their body and knowing the red flags when someone tried to touch the in the wrong way and to know that it important to report whenever there is someone who touch or do things they are not comfortable with.

We had reached 450 learners who attended.

Awareness will be still continuing with other grade and aim to reach all surrounding school in the area.
